Everything at Gypsy Girl is totally customizable, so go ahead and start creating your perfect event!
*Events are scheduled for 5 hours of serving time. We take an hour before and after your event for set up and closing down.
**Extra time may be added for longer events, just ask us for a quote!

Our standalone Social Wagon Bar includes a service window for walk-up service and an additional bar integrated into the rear of the trailer with 6 bar stools.The bar attaches to the rear doors of the Wagon and offers those who sit there a great view into the interior and of the action over at the walk-up bar. A back bar with an ice filled beverage display tray, battery powered interior lighting for evening events and three event coolers holding up to 275 cans and bottles. If you are offering a fuller cocktail service we have a shelf and bottle tray to display the cocktail mixers you have provided. Two glass water coolers with fresh lemons will be provided to offer refreshing drinking water to your guests. We have also provided a keg cooler and dual tap tower charged with Co2 so you can serve up to two draft beer choices.
We offer bar tending service also, so plan on sitting back,
relaxing and enjoying the party with your guests!
*Tip: Make sure to have your bottles and kegs chilled ahead of time, as we will only have one hour to set up.
*Note: We are a small bar, so please limit mixed drink choices, two or three cocktails recommended..

Ambiance
When the sun sets, our Wagons have interior lighting that will last all night long.
Extra warmth is created by cafe lights attached to the exterior of the Wagon.
We can provide additional fresh flowers, modern and vintage details to fit the theme of your event. (item rentals priced per event)

Games Yard games make an outdoor party so much more fun! Each Wagon rental includes a few for you and your guests to enjoy, such as Giant Jenga and Bean Bag Toss.

Canopy
At an additional cost, if your party is outdoors and the weather is iffy, we provide a rain canopy to keep your guest dry while they get their beverages.

Heaters
At an additional cost, we can provide propane, outdoor heaters to ensure that you and your guests are comfortable.
*One tank of propane provided per heater.

Signature Cocktail Design
A luxury event is not complete without a signature cocktail or two. We will work with you to design a cocktail that is just right for your event. Along with promoting the recipe with a menu board, We will provide the non-alcohol mixers and garnish at cost plus a service fee of 15%, but you will provide the alcohol required for the drinks.
